Aviation Liability. If the Contractor or a Subcontractor uses aircraft, including helicopters, in the performance of the Work, the Contractor shall maintain aircraft or aviation liability coverage in an amount of no less than $10,000,000. The Contracting Authority and Owner will not be liable for any damage to any aircraft owned, leased, rented, or borrowed by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.
