Avoid Conflict of Interest. Except as set out below, during the term of his employment with QLT, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to conduct himself at all times so as to avoid any real or apparent conflict of interest with the activities, policies, operations and interests of QLT. To avoid improper appearances, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that he will not accept any financial compensation of any kind, nor any special discount or loan from persons, corporations or organizations having dealings or potential dealings with QLT, either as a customer or a supplier or a co-venturer.
