Common use of Avoidance of Conflict of Economic Interest Clause in Contracts

Avoidance of Conflict of Economic Interest. No executive, employee, volunteer or agent of CONTRACTOR will solicit or accept money or any other consideration from a third person, for the 22 performance of an act reimbursed in whole or part by CONTRACTOR or COUNTY. Supplies, materials, 23 equipment or services purchased with Agreement funds will be used solely for purposes allowed under 24 this Agreement.
