Common use of AWARD AND EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

AWARD AND EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT. There are several identical counterparts of this Agreement in typewritten hard copy; each counterpart is to be fully signed in writing by the parties and each counterpart is deemed to be an original having identical legal effect. When signed and dated by the authorized official of the Government, this instrument will constitute an Award that should be executed by the Grantee within ninety (90) days of the date of the Government's Award (FTA Award). The Government may withdraw its Award of financial assistance and obligation of funds if this Agreement is not executed within the ninety (90) day period. Upon full Execution of this Agreement by the Grantee, the effective date will be the date the Government awarded funding under this Agreement as set forth below.
