Award of Subcontracts. Upon execution of the Contract, Contractor shall furnish County, in writing, the names of persons or entities proposed by Contractor to act as a subcontractor on the Project. County shall within ten (10) calendar days reply to Contractor, in writing, stating any objections County may have to such proposed subcontractor. Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract with a proposed subcontractor to whom County has made timely objection. Contractor shall not be required to subcontract with any party to whom Contractor has objection. 9.2.1 All subcontracts shall afford Contractor rights against the subcontractor, which correspond to those rights afforded to County against Contractor herein, including those rights afforded to County hereunder by the Subparagraphs captioned “Termination by County”.
