AWC Sample Clauses

The AWC clause, often referring to "As We Can" or "At Will Clause," primarily establishes the right of one or both parties to take certain actions at their discretion, typically without needing to provide advance notice or justification. In practice, this clause might allow an employer to terminate an employee at any time, or permit a party to withdraw from an agreement as they see fit. Its core function is to provide flexibility and autonomy, ensuring that parties are not unduly bound by rigid terms and can respond to changing circumstances as needed.
