The parties mentioned above are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

The Holding Company, the Company, the Investor, and the Earmarking Agent, are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as “Parties”.

(Each of the parties mentioned above, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”).

The Company and the Debenture Trustee are hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
