B4 Key Personnel. The SERVICE PROVIDER acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY. All Key Personnel and other Personnel deployed on work relating to this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts shall be appropriately qualified. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall supervise and manage all such Personnel properly. The Key Personnel applying to the Framework Agreement are set out in Schedule 6.
