Common use of Back Time Clause in Contracts

Back Time. Every employee who after completion of his regular working hours (Monday through Friday) and who has let? the job and is called back and is required to work outside his regular working hours shall be paid at his applicable premium rate as set forth in Article but shall not be paid for less than two hours.
