Common use of Back to Back Shifts Clause in Contracts

Back to Back Shifts. An employee works two (2) consecutive 24 hour shifts within a 72 hour period for shift realignment. The employee shall be paid an additional half time for the excess hours and be given an additional 24 hours of vacation leave.
