Back to Table of Contents. with Administrative Agent may request after receiving such written notice in order to protect and preserve the Liens, rights and remedies of Administrative Agent with respect to the Collateral: (i) change the legal name or organizational identification number of any Borrower, or (ii) change the jurisdiction of incorporation or formation of any Borrower or allow any Borrower to designate any jurisdiction as an additional jurisdiction of incorporation for such Borrower.
