Back-up Power Sample Clauses

The Back Up Power clause establishes requirements for providing alternative power sources in the event of a primary power failure. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibility of one party—such as a landlord, service provider, or contractor—to ensure that backup generators or battery systems are installed, maintained, and capable of supplying sufficient electricity to critical systems like lighting, security, or data centers during outages. Its core practical function is to ensure continuity of operations and minimize disruptions caused by power interruptions, thereby protecting business interests and safety.
