Border Force contributes to all three of the Home Office strategic objectives: 3.1.1 cut crime 3.1.2 reduce immigration 3.1.3 prevent terrorism 3.2 Border Force's strategic aim is: 3.2.1 To secure the United Kingdom's border and promote national prosperity. 3.3 The Home office is required to provide high quality, cost-effective equipment to enable Border Force to meet its strategic objectives.
