Backup and Recovery of Customer Data. As a part of the Services, Supplier is responsible for maintaining a backup of Customer Data and for an orderly and timely recovery of such data in the event that the Services may be interrupted. Supplier shall maintain a contemporaneous backup (real-time mirror) of Customer Data that can be recovered. Additionally, Supplier shall store a backup of Customer Data no less than daily (at least a daily backup performed at 0h UTC). Daily backups will be stored for a rolling period of 30 days. Any backups of Customer Data shall not be considered in calculating storage size used by Customer.
