BACKUP POWER. All unattended (unmanned) Transmission Sites shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours’ battery reserve. All attended Transmission Sites without an on-site generator shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours’ battery reserve. All attended Transmission Sites with an on-site generator shall have a minimum of four (4) hours’ battery reserve. All on-site generators shall be capable of powering the total site for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours.
