Backup; Redundancy. Fry shall provide Client at all times with the equipment, software, communications capacity and carriers and power backup and redundancy set forth in the Configuration attached hereto as Exhibit D, provided that in any event Fry shall always provide Client with sufficient local generator backup power capacity to fully operate all of Client's equipment and each of the Client Sites for at least [****] consecutive hours. The parties acknowledge that Fry currently has [****] under construction in [****] and that Fry shall use its best efforts to provide complete redundancy for each of the Client Sites (and all related data and Client Content) in at least one such facility as soon as possible and in accordance with the Annual Plan and Configuration, but not later than [****]. All Client data and customer data and all transaction and other data generated by any of the Sites (including all Client Content contained on or generated by any of the Sites) , directly or indirectly, will be copied and stored off-site by Fry (or through a subcontractor to be identified by Fry and approved by Fry) on at least weekly basis with a third-party fireproof storage facility.
Backup; Redundancy e-Media will provide ▇▇▇▇▇ at all times with ------------------ the equipment, communications capacity and carriers, power backup and redundancy set forth in the e-Media Network Architecture, provided that in any event e-Media will always provide ▇▇▇▇▇ with sufficient local generator backup power capacity to fully operate the e-Media Network for at least two (2) consecutive hours. In the absence of extraordinary circumstances, e-Media has access to spare web servers and shall put available servers into use on six (6) hours notice in the event that the e-Media Network ceases to make the Website available to Internet users.

  • Redundancy 21.1 Subject to the following procedure, it is agreed that it is the Employer’s prerogative to determine the order of selection of Employees for employment or retrenchment. 21.2 All relevant legislation governing unfair dismissal, discrimination etc. will be observed. 21.3 Voluntary terminations will be encouraged as a first step. 21.4 The seniority of Employees - within classifications, experience or skills held - will be observed by the Employer in selecting Employees for retrenchment. 21.5 The dispute settlement procedures set out in Part 2 will apply in the event of any concerns arising regarding retrenchments. 21.6 An Employee is entitled to access their Redundancy payments when they cease to be employed by the Employer. The amount of the Redundancy payment shall be whichever is the greater of the entitlement due under the Award as in force from time to time or the entitlement of the Employee under the Nominated Redundancy Fund trust deed (or under the constituting documents of any fund nominated by Incolink under this clause). Note that the industry-specific Redundancy scheme prescribed by the Award as in force from time to time is expressly incorporated into this Agreement (including for clarity, in respect of work falling within the scope of clause 4.2).

  • REDUNDANCY PROVISIONS (1) Should an employee in a Catholic school become redundant then the provisions of: (a) the Workplace Relations Act (1996); and/or (b) the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia policy on redundancy; and/or (c) this agreement which ever is the greater, shall apply.

  • Data Backup Plan Contractor must have established documented procedures to backup County PHI to maintain retrievable exact copies of County PHI or PI. The plan must include a regular schedule for making backups, storing backups offsite, an inventory of backup media, and an estimate of the amount of time needed to restore County PHI or PI should it be lost. At a minimum, the schedule must be a weekly full backup and monthly offsite storage of County data.

  • Backup Authorized Devices that are not shared devices will periodically create automatic backups that are transmitted to the Service when the user is logged in with their Managed Apple ID and the device is screen-locked, connected to a power source, and connected to the Internet via a Wi-Fi network. You may disable backup in the MDM Enrollment Settings. Backup is limited to device settings, device characteristics, photos, videos, documents, messages (iMessage, SMS and MMS, if enabled), ringtones, app data (including Health app data), location settings (such as location-based reminders that You have set up), and Home screen and app organization. Content that You purchase, download or provide access to Your End Users from the iTunes Store, App Store or iBooks Store, and Content purchased from or provided by any third parties, will not be backed up. Such Content may be eligible for re- download from those services, subject to account requirements, availability, and any applicable terms and conditions. Content synced from Your End Users’ computers will not be backed up. If You enable iCloud Photo Library, the photo libraries of Your End Users will be backed up separately from their automatic iCloud backup. The Content stored in an End User’s contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and documents is accessible via iCloud on the web or on any of the End User’s Authorized Devices. When iCloud Backup is enabled, devices managed or controlled by Your Institution will not back up to iTunes automatically during a sync, but You may enable End Users to manually initiate a backup to iTunes. It is solely Your responsibility to maintain appropriate alternative backup of Your and Your End Users’ information and data.

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers. 2.8.3.2 This element will be provided in MDUs and/or Multi-Tenants Units (MTUs) where either Party owns wiring all the way to the End User’s premises. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.
