Common use of Baggage Delay Clause in Contracts

Baggage Delay. In the event Your checked-in baggage is delayed, misdirected or temporarily misplaced by the Air Common Carrier, We will pay for your inconvenience. The delay is calculated from the time of Your arrival at the scheduled destination till the time You received Your baggage.
