Effective January 1, 2009 the gratuity will increase to two dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) in and two dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) out for each bag on a tour. This provision shall not limit the Employer’s competitive position if a tour operator is not prepared to pay a gratuity in the amount previously stated. The Union shall be given reasonable access to relevant documents which support the basis of the Employer’s decision that to be competitive it had to reduce the previously described bag handling gratuity.

For Groups Only - a total gratuity of $4.00 per guest will be charged for bags, both going in and out (i.e., one $4.00 total gratuity per guest) except for business entered into prior to May 6, 2001 and quotes outstanding on that date.
