Common use of Ballot Boxes Clause in Contracts

Ballot Boxes. The Union shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place a ballot box at Department headquarters for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the Department's review.
