Bargaining Committees. The bargaining committees of both the Union and the City will consist of a maximum of three (3) City employed representatives and one (1) non- City-employed representative. Employees serving on the Union bargaining committee will be paid by the City for time spent on negotiations with the City, but only for the straight-time hours they would otherwise have worked on their regular work schedule.
