Bargaining Unit Description. 1.3.1 Included in the CSEA bargaining unit are regular part-time and full-time classified employees as set forth in Appendix B. 1.3.2 Excluded from the CSEA bargaining unit are all other employees not included under Section 1.3.1 above, including but not limited to management, confidential, and supervisory employees, short-term and substitute employees as defined under Education Code Section 88003, apprentices and professional experts employed on a temporary basis for a specific project, certificated employees, police officers and safety personnel.
