BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER EVALUATIONS. A. All monitoring or observation of the work of each bargaining unit member shall be conducted in person and with the full knowledge of the bargaining unit member. B. Bargaining unit member evaluation shall be by formal observation of bargaining unit member work. In the event a bargaining unit member is not continued in employment, the employer will advise the bargaining unit member of the specific reasons therefore in writing. F. Job descriptions shall be the basis of the evaluation.
