Bargaining Unit Member Information. 17.1 The District shall electronically provide the Association with names and contract for all newly hired bargaining unit members as identified below. Such information shall be provided within thirty (30) days of the hire. o Name, home address, phone numbers – work, home, and cellular, Personal (non- District) email address on file, and work location. 17.2 Periodic Update of all bargaining unit members’ contact information: The District shall electronically provide the Association with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contract information as specified in Article III, Section 17.1 on the last working day of September, January, and May.
