Base Annual Fee Clause Samples

The Base Annual Fee clause defines the fixed amount that a party is required to pay each year under the terms of an agreement. This fee typically applies regardless of usage or performance and is often set out in the contract's payment schedule or fee table. By establishing a clear, recurring payment obligation, the clause ensures predictable revenue for the service provider and helps both parties budget and plan for the duration of the contract.
