BASE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. At such time as Base Building Plans that have been approved in writing by both Landlord and Tenant have been prepared, Landlord will cause the Base Building to be constructed or installed on the Land in a good and workmanlike manner and according to the approved Base Building Plans and all applicable Laws.
