Common use of BASE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

BASE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Landlord or its contractors will, at Tenant's expense, undertake all work appertaining to those aspects of the Work which require roof penetrations, drilling or cutting into the load bearing walls, exterior walls or other structural support of the Building or modifications to any base Building operating systems or any other structural components of the Building. Landlord shall have the right to designate, in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, the contractor or subcontractors performing such work.
