BASE CLOSURE. In the event the Company ceases its operation at a base, it is recognized that the provisions governing Staff Reductions may not fully or adequately deal with the impact on the employees affected. Therefore it is agreed that when such changes are implemented by the Company, the following provisions shall apply.
