Base Price of the Airframe Sample Clauses

Base Price of the Airframe. 4.1.1.1 The Base Price of the Airframe will be the sum of the Base Prices set forth below in (i), (ii) and (iii):
(i) the Base Price of the Standard A319 Airframe, as defined in the Standard Specification set forth in Exhibit A hereto (excluding Buyer Furnished Equipment, Propulsion Systems and SCNs), at delivery conditions prevailing in January 1998, which is: US$ *** (US dollars -- ***) and

4.1.1.2 The Base Price of the Airframe of each Aircraft shall be revised to the actual delivery date of such Aircraft in accordance with the Airframe Price Revision Formula set forth in Subclause 5.1 hereto.
