Common use of Base Price Clause in Contracts

Base Price. The base price ("Base Price") of the coal to be sold hereunder will be firm and will be $.85636/MMBtu for coal delivered in 1997, $.89061/MMBtu for coal delivered in 1998, and $.92623/MMBtu for coal delivered in 1999 through 2001.
