Base Use Fee Amount. The amount of Base Use Fee Wireless Provider shall pay to Town for each year of this Agreement shall be the total of all applicable fee line items for wireless communications facilities (including without limitation “antenna base fee” and “ground equipment fee”, as applicable) as set out in the then current fee schedule as it may be amended from time to time by Town’s town council.
