BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE. Lead Warning Statement…Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, Landlords must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Tenants must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.

BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE. If the Property or any part of it was constructed prior to 1978, the Landlord shall provide a disclosure of information on lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards, the receipt of the same in the form entitled “LEAD-BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE” hereby acknowledged by the Tenant. This Lease and, if any, attached documents are the complete agreement between the Landlord and Tenant concerning the Property. There are no oral agreements, understandings, promises, or representations between the Landlord and Tenant affecting this Lease. All prior negotiations and understandings, if any, between the parties hereto with respect to the Property shall be of no force or effect and shall not be used to interpret this Lease. No modification or alteration to the terms or conditions of this Lease shall be binding unless expressly agreed to by the Landlord and the Tenant in a written instrument signed by both parties.

  • Disclosure Except with respect to the material terms and conditions of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, the Company confirms that neither it nor any other Person acting on its behalf has provided any of the Purchasers or their agents or counsel with any information that it believes constitutes or might constitute material, non-public information which is not otherwise disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement. The Company understands and confirms that the Purchasers will rely on the foregoing representation in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.
