Common use of Baseline Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Baseline Adjustment. If ENGIE Services U.S. proposes changes to the Facilities that would not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of District’s business or cause District to incur additional costs, and District does not consent to the changes, then ENGIE Services U.S. will adjust the Baselines upward by the amount of savings projected from the changes.
