Baseline BPP Reimbursement. In the event Station fails to meet all of the promotional obligations of the BPP schedule as outlined above, and fails to offer an acceptable makegood of a missed BPP spot, then: (i) Station shall reimburse to ABC the value of all unaired BPP spots calculated using market rates provided by [***] “Designates portions of this document that have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment filed separately with the Commission.” KOMO-TV Seattle Spot Quotation and Data Inc.
