Baselines and Benchmarks. As appropriate, establish baselines and benchmarks for locating the Work which in Engineer’s judgment are necessary to enable Contractor to proceed.
Baselines and Benchmarks. The Consulting Engineer shall establish baselines and benchmarks for the construction of the Project. The Contractor shall provide proper facilities and assistance for clearing and grading where required to complete the field survey. The Contractor shall notify the Consulting Engineer forty-eight (48) hours in advance for the establishment of the baselines and benchmarks. The Contractor shall carefully preserve all baselines and benchmarks that have been set by the Consulting Engineer. The Contractor shall be charged with the resulting expense of resetting any baselines or benchmarks caused by the loss or disturbance of such by the Contractor. Baselines for Gravity Pipeline Contracts shall be defined by stakes set at each angle-point or private rights-of-way or other key points as determined by the Project Director, and all benchmarks will be established by the Owner where other than the normal elevation of the pressure line is required. Baselines for all other construction contracts shall be defined by two (2) lines established by four

  • Service Levels All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Referral Service Level Requirements”).   • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.
