Common use of Basements and Garages Clause in Contracts

Basements and Garages. In the event the Premises has either a basement or garage or both, the basement and garage, respectively, shall not be used as living space. Any use of the basement or garage shall be at Resident's own risk. If the Premises has the egress windows in basement bedrooms, that is allowable living space. Resident agrees to be responsible for maintaining these areas properly.

Basements and Garages. In the event the Premises has either a basement or garage or bothgarage, the garage and basement and garage, respectively, shall not be used as living space. Any use of the basement or garage shall be at ResidentTenant's own risk. If the Premises unit has the required egress windows in basement bedrooms, that is allowable living space. Resident Tenant agrees to be responsible for maintaining these areas properly. Manager shall not be liable for tenant’s property, refer to paragraph 37.
