Basic Contract Length. 1. Instructional Faculty and Library Faculty The basic contract length shall be 164 duty days plus graduation ceremonies. The 164 duty days of the basic contract shall consist of the scheduled duty days of Fall and Spring semesters including graduation ceremonies.

  • C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration.
