Term. Number of Months: 40 Full Calendar Months Possession Date: Effective Date Commencement Date: April 1, 2014 Rent Commencement Date: August 1, 2014 Expiration Date: July 31, 2017 c. Lease Year. The term “Lease Year” shall have the following meaning: the first Lease Year shall commence as of the Commencement Date and shall end on the last day of the 12th full month thereafter. If the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, the first Lease Year shall include the partial month that includes the Commencement Date and the 12 full months immediately following the partial month.
