Common use of (Basic Fees Clause in Contracts

(Basic Fees. The Village will pay the Consultant an amount not to exceed $215,660, in accordance with the duration and times specified in the Fee Proposal, dated April 14, 2006, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B . The Village will only be billed for services actually performed. This shall include reimbursable non-direct expenses. Any additional work performed in excess of the Fee Proposal that would increase the contract amount must be approved in writing by the Village of Downers Grove prior to commencement.
