Common use of Basic Obligations of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Basic Obligations of the Parties. On and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, including Section 2.03, the Maximum Contract Demand defined in Article V, and the provisions of Article VIII, Company shall supply, sell, and deliver to Customer, and Customer shall accept and pay for, Electric Service. The Electric Service provided hereunder is subject to the applicable rules, regulations, and orders of the Commission, including any changes enacted thereto under law. Except as expressly modified by this Contract and Appendix A hereto, the Electric Service provided by Company to Customer shall be subject to applicable rates, terms and conditions in the Company’s publicly-filed tariffs.
