Basic Preset Clause Samples

The "Basic Preset" clause establishes a set of default terms or conditions that automatically apply to an agreement unless the parties specifically modify them. In practice, this clause might outline standard payment terms, delivery schedules, or service levels that serve as the starting point for negotiations or contract performance. Its core function is to streamline the contracting process by providing a clear baseline, reducing ambiguity, and minimizing the need for parties to negotiate every detail from scratch.
