If the province’s tax revenues in the 2005-2006 fiscal year are at least 1% higher than predicted in the 2004 provincial budget and the annual rate of inflation as measured by the Ontario CPI during the 2005-2006 school year is higher than 2.5%, then the salary increase for September 1, 2006 will be increased to match the rate of inflation up to a maximum of 0.5%. b. If the province’s tax revenues in the 2006-2007 fiscal year are at least 1% higher than predicted in the 2004 provincial budget and the annual rate of inflation as measured by the Ontario CPI during the 2006-2007 school year is higher than 3.0%, then the salary increase for September 1, 2007 will be increased to match the rate of inflation up to a maximum of 0.5%.
