Common use of Basic Salary Scale Clause in Contracts

Basic Salary Scale. During the life of this Collective Agreement the Basic Salary Scale shall at all times comply with the following provisions: For Levels A1 to A4, equal increments shall be maintained in each level by subtracting the minimum of the level from the maximum of the level and dividing by the number of years of experience (i.e. 11) in that particular level.
