Common use of Basic Service Clause in Contracts

Basic Service. The tier of Cable Service which includes the retransmission of primary local television broadcast signals provided to any Subscriber and, to the extent required by applicable law, any PEG Channels required by this Franchise, and which may also include any additional video programming signals as determined by Franchisee.
