Basic Service. For Basic Services rendered in connection with any project authorized pursuant to this Agreement, Services Provider shall be compensated on an hourly rate basis or on a per- service fee basis in accordance with Services Provider’s Project Proposal, up to the maximum “Not to Exceed” amount approved in Services Provider’s Project Proposal.
