Common use of Basic Terms Clause in Contracts

Basic Terms. Licensed Game Each “Licensed Game” will be a video game to be developed and co-published by Developer, including all bug-fixes, updates, upgrades, localizations and new versions released during the Term. A game will only be considered a “Licensed Game” after (i) Developer has presented the game to Fig with an Anticipated Release Date (as defined below) and a specific request for a certain amount of Fig Funds, and (ii) Fig mutually agrees to publish the game and to that certain amount of Fig Funds to be provided. Each Licensed Game will be added to Annex A of this Agreement as agreed to. Game Design Document Each game design document relating to each of the Licensed Game as confirmed and mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing will be incorporated in to this Agreement from time to time.
