The "Basic Tool Kit" clause defines the set of standard tools and equipment that a contractor or worker is expected to provide for themselves when performing work under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists common hand tools or basic instruments that are considered essential for the trade, such as hammers, screwdrivers, or measuring tapes, and clarifies that specialized or large equipment will be supplied by the employer or project owner. Basic Tool Kit. The Company may require journeymen and apprentices to supply necessary tools in order to perform their assigned functions effectively and safely. The Basic Tool Kit is specified in Appendix III.
Basic Tool Kit. City agrees to, based upon need, provide and maintain for all full-time regular employees covered by this Memorandum of Agreement a basic tool kit. All items provided in the basic tool kit are and shall remain the property of the City. (a) City agrees to replace stolen or damaged City owned tools in a reasonable time period (i.e. within one (1) month (unless an unusual item) and with the approval of a Public Works supervisor. (b) It is understood that it is the employee’s responsibility to take reasonable care in avoiding the loss or theft of City-owned tools/equipment.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including computer hardware, peripherals, software, duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Use of school equipment to be used without charge and within reason.

  • Customer Equipment “Customer Equipment” means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. You should call Customer Service at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to find out if it meets our technical, security and other requirements. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

  • Basic Equipment Warranty The Contractor warrants that all equipment rented or supplied under this Agreement shall be in good working order and shall conform to the needs specified by the Judicial Council. The Contractor shall immediately replace any inoperative equipment with operative equipment, or make all adjustments, repairs, and parts replacements required to maintain the equipment rented or supplied hereunder in working condition.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
