Common use of Basic Transaction Clause in Contracts

Basic Transaction. On and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to purchase from each Seller, and each Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, all of his, her, or its Target Shares for the consideration specified below in this ss.2.
