Basis for Reprimand. For disciplinary reasons or if following the counseling referenced in Section 2001, an employee's performance does not improve and disciplinary action could result, a written report shall be prepared, including specific suggestions for corrective action, if appropriate. A copy shall be given to the employee and a copy filed in his personnel file(s), provided that such letters of written reprimand shall not be referenced in any performance evaluation. If no additional discipline has been imposed during the intervening period, each report shall be removed from the employee's file at the end of two years upon written request by the employee.

Availability of fewer positions than there are employees entitled to such positions; 3. A Trustee shall be liable to the Trust and to any Shareholder solely for his or her own willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence or reckless disregard of the duties involved in the conduct of the office of Trustee, and shall not be liable for errors of judgment or mistakes of fact or law.   • PURPOSE/JUSTIFICATION OF RECOMMENDED ACTION The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the City with the services of one senior criminalist from the Department to perform DNA testing, analysis, and forensic-related consulting as requested by the City, effective upon execution by the Board through June 30, 2015.
