The aim of this agreement is to permit a Facility to have access to certain data relating to its members where those members are also users of a Myzone Belt so that the Facility can assist in providing an effective and efficient experience to such users. 1.1.2. The Facility is permitted to have access to certain data so that it can compile reports to analyse the performance and data relating to its members/customers, to improve its operational efficiency.
