BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE. (a) The Government Representative is not bound to accept the highest or any quotation or to give any reasons for doing so and reserves the right to accept all or any part of a quotation at any time within the Quotation Validity Period. (b) The Service Provider shall note that his offer will be considered on a complete overall basis. Quotations with only partial offers shall be rejected.
